Mixing Instructions

All ratios below are cleaner to water.

Cleaning Task Recommended Dilution

Light maintenance and general pretreatment Mix 1 part cleaner with 10–20 parts water.

Heavy oil, grease, and tough stains Mix 1 part cleaner with 3–5 parts water.

Stubborn spot treatment Use undiluted on individual spots only.

Choose the dilution based on the condition of the concrete and the severity of the buildup. Stronger mixtures produce fewer total gallons of cleaning solution.

How to Use

1. Test a small area first to confirm surface compatibility.

2. Mix the cleaner according to the cleaning task.

3. Apply to the concrete using a pump sprayer, foam cannon, or compatible pressure washer equipment. Equipment may dilute the solution further; follow the equipment manufacturer’s instructions.

4. Do not allow the cleaner to dry on the surface.

5. Pressure wash and rinse thoroughly.
